How do I scan a shipment?

You can upload a photo from your phone when creating a new shipment and use the 'Analyze with AI' button.

What is legal validity?

It is the guarantee we provide for each digital signature through IP auditing and timestamps.

How do I reset my password?

Use the 'Forgot my password' link on the login screen.

How do I add a new transporter?

Go to Settings > Team and click 'Invite member'. Enter their email and assign the 'transporter' role.

Can I export my shipment history?

Yes. From the shipments list you can filter by date and export to CSV or PDF.

How does digital signature work?

The transporter receives an OTP code via WhatsApp or email, validates it on the platform and digitally signs the contract, leaving a complete audit trail.
