Billing and Subscriptions
Manage your organization's plan, view invoices, and update payment methods.
💳 Managing Plans
The system offers different tiers: Pro and Enterprise, with specific limits on users and shipments.
- Log in as Administrator.
- Go to Organization Settings > Billing.
- Choose your desired plan and click "Subscribe".
- You'll be redirected to Lemon Squeezy, our secure payment processor.
📄 View Invoices
Once your payment is successful:
- Wait for the confirmation email with your invoice.
- An internal record of the invoice is created automatically in the Billing History section.
- Click on any past payment to download its official receipt or PDF.
📉 Plan Limits
- Shipments: Each plan allows a specific number of active orders per month.
- Users: High-tier plans support more staff (Dispatchers, Drivers).
- Features: Advanced features like the WhatsApp Bot and Custom GIS are available in Pro+ plans.
🎁 Complimentary Accounts
If your account was created via a Special Invite or Beta Program, you may be marked as "Complimentary". This means:
- You bypass mandatory billing steps.
- You have access to all features without an active subscription.
- Contact your account manager for more details.
