Guide for Clients (Recipients)

Manage your shipments, receive real-time notifications, and sign documents securely.

📬 Track Your Shipments​

You don't need a mobile app. Follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your dashboard.
  2. Go to Your Shipments.
  3. Click on any order to see its real-time location on the map and its status history.

✍️ Secure Digital Signatures​

The platform uses an OTP (One-Time Password) system for legal compliance.

  1. Notification: You'll receive an email when a contract is ready to sign.
  2. Access: Click the link in the email or find the contract in your dashboard.
  3. OTP Request: Click the "Request Code" button.
  4. Verification: You'll get a 6-digit code in your inbox.
  5. Signature: Enter the code and click "Confirm Signature".

Once signed, you'll receive a copy of the PDF containing a unique SHA-256 Checksum for your legal records.

📱 Notifications​

Stay updated via Email or WhatsApp whenever your cargo moves from "In Transit" to "Delivered at Destination".
