Guide for Drivers (Transporters)
Track shipments and update status using only WhatsApp.
📍 Real-Time GPS Tracking
The platform allows you to update your shipment's location in one step:
- Open the Logistics WhatsApp Bot.
- Click the Share Location paperclip icon.
- Select "Live Location" or "Current Location".
- Send it!
The system will automatically find your active shipments and show them on the company's real-time map.
📦 Updating Shipment Status
Every time you move or deliver cargo, you should notify the system:
- Text Communication: You can send messages like "I have received the cargo" or "Delivered at destination".
- Interactive Buttons: The bot will often present you with buttons to confirm actions (e.g., [Confirm Delivery]).
- Photos: If needed, you can send photos of the delivery note or the cargo status directly to the bot.
📋 View Your Shipments
Log in to your dashboard at /dashboard/envios to see a detailed list of all shipments assigned to you, including origin and destination addresses.
